Dubai’s only caviar-dedicated restaurant (located in the lobby of Mandarin Oriental Jumeira) with it's luxurious interiors - serves French cuisine with a modern twist and the fish-roe-centric menu - with an impressive selection of Sturgeon caviar including Huso Huso, Acipenser Baerii, Russian Oscietra and Sevruga. 

Signature dishes on the menu are the 24-karat Gold Almas Caviar - the most expensive caviar in the world, topped with 24-karat gold flakes, Tsar Alexei salmon flower with white Sturgeon caviar vinaigrette, Red Carabinero Tartar with salmon caviar. All accompanied by an impressive selection of Champagne and vodka.
