This swish new restaurant (a former events space) dominates most of the third floor of the hotel. Reflecting the Armani aesthetic (think plenty of onyx, shades of gold and bold clean lines) the dining room benefits from impressive floor-to-ceiling windows and stunning views over The Dubai Fountain and Downtown Dubai - also viewed from the expansive al fresco terrace. Heading up the kitchens is chef Esteban Torregrosa (Maxzi and Lima’s famed Astrid & Gastón), dishing up a sharing menu - showcasing global flavours, with diverse dishes such as the Asian inspired wagyu maki roll with foie gras and seaweed cured scallops and yogurt roast garlic jel.
