Hoxton hotels have teamed with restaurateurs Joshua Boissy and Krystof Zizka of acclaimed New York raw bar and hipster restaurant Maison Premiere - which serves up the largest selection of absinthe and oysters in Williamsburg - with Old World charm.
This side of the pond, they are stocking this rooftop restaurant with the largest selection of oysters available in a London. There's also a wide ranging crudo menu and further seafood offering such as Cornish plaice a la plancha and a Basque-style bouillabaisse.
The decor takes inspiration for the waterside theme with whitewashed floors paired with Mediterranean tiling. The space also features an outdoor terrace fitted with awnings and heaters for year-round dining - with extensive views across the city and the Thames.
