The opulent jungle-inspired restaurant is by the team behind other successful Madrid restaurants such as El Paraguas, Ten con Ten and Ultramarinos Quintín - and the Dubai outpost (as is the London branch) is in partnership with the company behind Coya, Nusret, and Zuma.
The Gate Village location includes a ground floor sushi counter and lounge, first floor dining room, and an al fresco Copacabana inspired rooftop. Expect the Dubai location to follow the Madrid original - with a far-reaching menu that takes in Brazil to Japan by way of Argentina, India, China and Peru with stunning interiors full of hanging palms, lush jungle prints and a sushi bar - by Catalan interior designer Lázaro Rosa-Violán.

On the building’s second floor, it might not be the tallest rooftop bar in Dubai, but its one of the prettiest, where banana-yellow parasols shade bright cushioned booths and tropical signature drinks are served up against the backdrop of the looming Emirates Financial Towers and glittering DIFC skyline.
