Celebrity endorsed hip New York City restaurant specialising in chicken and waffles is heading to Dubai.
Since opening its doors in early 2013, Sweet Chick - which is backed by the US rapper Nas - has garnered a good deal of attention for its "American cuisine with a Southern accent," and opened additional branches in New York, LA and also in London. Expect rustic but modern American comfort food and twists on classic dishes and cocktails, plus home-baked desserts. Dine on Southern classics such as fried chicken and waffles, shrimp and grits, and biscuits, as well as chicken wings and sides like mac and cheese, and cornbread.
