The hotel (formerly The Arch London), is near Cumberland Place houses this flagship restaurant. The restaurant’s menu is yet to be revealed, but expect it to feature a selection of traditional Japanese dishes, alongside a range of more contemporary takes, blending the best of Eastern and Western ingredients.
Tokii boasts a pared-back, minimalist interior, which is typical of Japanese restaurants. Although the space itself is minimal, the restaurant does promise ‘delicate precision’ when it comes to presentation, as well as ‘elegant, hand-crafted tableware’.
Scallop ceviche with orange, spring onions, chilli and sesame and Kinoko, mushrooms and crispy yuba; black cod with miso glaze; ox cheek croquettes, panko and wasabi mayo and Japanese grade A5 wagyu beef with spicy ponzu and lobster with shichimi and yuzu butter.
Afternoons see the hotel showcasing a signature Japanese Tea Service.
