Order slow-smoked pork by the pound like brisket, pulled pork, lamb belly or turkey. Some of the other specialties include house-made Italian sausage with fire-roasted peppers & aged provolone, Vietnamese hot wings with cilantro ranch, brisket tacos topped with queso and white onion and even the Jamaican jerk baby back ribs that can be ordered by either half rack or whole rack. To finish off the meal, order a sweet banana cream pudding.
