El Santo Miami

A Tarantino-inspired Mexican restaurant and late night conceptualized by nightlife impresario Roman Jones.

El Santo Taqueria - the cantina-style spot - embodies the colorful revelry of Lucha Libre culture and a menu comprising tacos, tostadas, quesadillas, mezcal and tequila. Next door is the main dining room - designed to feel like you're stepping into an abandoned church that's now been resurrected as a stylish ode to cocktails and lively dining scenes. Think grotto-like ceiling with draping vines and greenery and tables decorated with candles and Christian iconography - here dine on a more 'formal' menu of shareable plates featuring Asian, Peruvian and Latin influences.

Further inside is a covert door that leads to Don Diablo - a cavernous, Mexican roadhouse-style cockail bar decked out in Day of the Dead-inspired decor that sets a 'devilish' vibe - with cocktails created by Bar Lab’s Bryan Canales.
