Popular high-end international restaurant in Dubai's Palm Tower, 220 metres above the world-famous Palm Jumeirah in Dubai.

The Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian fusion eatery celebrates the culture and cuisine of Japan, Brazil and Peru - with locations in Las Vegas and London. Food-wise, the menu promises a thrilling fusion of Japanese and Latino cuisine that always packs a punch - with an emphasis on piquant flavours and creative presentations. There's a beautiful and immersive 3D printed ceiling installation, inspired by both Japanese and Brazilian woodwork and weaving traditions, connecting the three main areas seamlessly, and in the dining room, you’ll find an open kitchen with a sushi counter and robata grill.
