St. Trop at Waldorf Astoria DIFC

A rooftop lounge bringing a slice of French Riviera to DIFC.

Unlike the interiors of the 1960s-style luxury hotel, St. Trop (located on the 18th floor of the Waldorf Astoria DIFC) draws its inspiration from the coastal town of Saint-Tropez in the French Riviera. Rich timber decking evokes the natural woods found on the luxury superyachts complemented by a natural colour palette with a splash of aquamarine textiles that match the colour of the raised swimming pool and whirlpool.

The rooftop lounges aims to bring a slice of the Mediterranean’s waterfront lifestyle whilst taking in the sweeping views of the city. There's a Mediterranean-infused menu designed by the hotel’s Executive Chef Luigi Vespero, with Dibba Bay oysters and Oscetra caviar among the starters, while main dishes include flame grilled wagyu beef, and crispy octopus with smoked piquillo peppers. Open from 6pm to 2am, daily.
