Muse by Tom Aikens

Tom Aikens makes a dramatic return to London’s fine dining scene with an intimate 25-cover restaurant in Belgravia.

Opened in a renovated mews house in Belgravia, the dining space is split over two floors, each with a fully open plan theatre kitchen (also with table side seating) and serving a seasonal, “stripped-back” tasting menu - with dishes focusing on one key ingredient or element per dish.

To design the menu, Tom has taken inspiration from poignant memories of his early childhood and pivotal relationships, experiences and influences. Aikens, the youngest chef to gain two Michelin stars - aged just 26 while at Pied à Terre in London. The restaurant takes its name from the fact that it’s set across two floors of a Georgian townhouse located in a mews. That and the fact that dishes are inspired by memories and reminiscences from Aiken’s childhood. As a result, the menu is mostly British with ingredients sourced from home-grown farmers and suppliers.

Open for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday and for lunch on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
