Kayto at Jumeirah Al Naseem

A pop-up to permanent rooftop restaurant serving up Nikkei cuisine from Japanese-Argentinian chef Cristian Goya.

A fusion dining experience -  on the rooftop of The Palmery at Jumeirah Al Naseem, which was previously popped-up at the Summersalt Beach Club as Umi Shio. Kayto fuses the artful craft of Japanese cooking with the flavours of South America, alongside a selection of Japanese inspired drinks, all served alongside views of the Burj Al Arab Jumeirah. 

Designed to encourage sharing, the menu includes dishes such as roasted langoustines in a sweet and sour sauce, seabass sashimi, and miso caramelised eggplant and signature dishes such as Saikyo miso black cod, Australian wagyu beef tataki and corn-fed chicken breast with truffle teriyaki sauce.

Ichiban - Japanese whiskey with mandarin & Cedar syrup & orange bitters and I will Shochu - with Shochu, Yuzu, Genmaicha syrup & ginger.
