Nestled in the beating heart of Soho find a lively, relaxed atmosphere. Head Chef Christian Parisi has reignited the flames and brought back the Josper grill to the forefront of the dishes, cooking over natural charcoal to showcase the best in seasonal Spanish and Italian small plates - that the restaurant first became known for.
Expect new dishes and nostalgic nods to old Ember Yard favourites, including grass fed rib-eye with chicken jus and membrillo glazed pork ribs. The sharing and tapas plates go perfectly with a leisurely drink - choose from a selection of smoked house cocktails as well as imported Spanish and Italian specialty craft beers.
Produce-led tapas, atmospheric dining
Downstairs in the basement, is the ‘Ember Bar’ sumptuously redecorated with velvet banquettes, cocktail chairs and antique style mirrors. An ideal place to relax with a cocktail pre or post dinner, with DJs playing laid back beats on Friday and Saturday nights.
Membrillo-glazed pork ribs with spring onion, hazelnuts and smoked chilli jam; grass-fed rib-eye with chicken jus; smoked confit sea trout, mussels sauce and mushroom tapenade and spiced roasted cauliflower, pistachio puree and onion jam.
