The restaurant and bar is situated on the ground floor of the boutique hotel with an elegant rooftop garden upstairs. Design elements, of this tropical oasis, include rich greenery and tropical foliage spilling from Casa Faena’s atrium alongside deconstructed mirrorballs and florals.
The menu from chef Mads Refslund of Noma (and also ACME) is consistent with what’s offered at the group’s other properties (in New York and Tulum), rooted in a modern, clean approach to Mexican cooking. The menu - designed for sharing - features their signature dishes such as guacamole served with crudites and totopos, grilled avocado with ponzu and almonds and Brook Trout in banana leaf.
