Paris is all a-flutter with new glamorous hotel projects including an outpost of Soho House.

The Bvlgari Hotel Paris

A Bvlgari Hotel is scheduled to open in Paris, in 2021, following new openings in Beijing, Dubai and Shanghai. The hotel is located at 30 Avenue George V and comprises of 76 rooms, most of them suites, and a full range of luxury facilities including a spa with a 25-metre pool and a Bvlgari restaurant and bar opening to a charming al fresco courtyard garden. Set on an exquisite corner of the Triangle d’Or, the hotel has been designed by the renowned Parisian architects Valode & Pistre. The restyling of the building combines a classic Parisian Haussmann-style with contemporary architectural design. 

1 Hotel Paris 

The nature-inspired urban retreat brand, with its eco-friendly ethos, are opening an outpost in Paris. One of the industry’s pioneers of sustainable hospitality, with a range of green innovations across its properties and designed with sustainability – and luxury - in mind. Currently these eco-friendly, lifestyle hotels are found in New York, Miami and Los Angeles and soon London. Expect the design and aesthetic of the Paris hotel (as with their other outposts) to draw inspiration from contemporary local design culture - using regional and reclaimed materials, considered sustainable details blended with natural design elements including uplifting greenery alongside up-cycled furnishings.  The Paris outpost has been designed by Kengo Kuma and Associates, as a sustainable and innovative building which can serve as a landmark as well as a ‘green lung’ for the neighborhood of Paris-Rive Gauche. Expect an abundance of greenery with a huge garden set at the heart of the complex, multiple terraces and suspended gardens at various levels. The plant-covered eco-luxury hotel will also house a a roof terrace, a state-of-the-art gym, restaurant and also a co-working space.

Maison Delano Paris

Nestled in the heart of the 8th arrondissement, 4 rue d'Anjou, Maison Delano Paris will be located in an 18th century mansion at 4 Rue d’Anjou, close to the Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré. The Delano brand was first launched in Miami, with a subsequent property in Las Vegas, and the new Maison Delano brand is set to be rolled out “in major global urban city centres”. The new brand will include a dining concept by world renowned chef Dani Garcia in the mansion’s historical courtyard alongside 56 rooms and suites.
