A stunning Art Deco Parisian brasserie dishing up elevated homestyle bistro cuisine...

The retro decor takes inspiration from Le Corbusier's Cabanon - the noted architect's holiday home in the South of France and Vienna's American Bar - better known as Bar Loos, in recognition to its designer Adolf Loos. Think geometric panels, hand-painted wooden panels, large all-over mirrors and colorful works of art. The resolutely Parisian menu is by "Top Chef" Alexia Duchêne - who has worked in the kitchens of Datcha and Alain Ducasse's Allard brasserie. Expect an ode to bourgeois bistro cuisine with dishes inspired from recipes from Parisian brasseries - such as eggs and mayonnaise topped with trout roe and fillet of beef with whiskey sauce.
