Boubalé at the Grand Mazarin

Israeli top chef and restaurateur Assaf Granit is behind his new opening, which focuses on Ashkenazi Jewish cuisine.

Assaf Granit already owns several trendy restaurants in Israel and Europe, including Michelin-starred Shabour in Paris. For this new opening - in Maisons Pariente's latest Parisian hotel, Le Grand Mazarin - Granit is focuses on Ashkenazi cuisine - recipes that descend from Central and Eastern Europe. Expect hearty and traditional Jewish recipes, including deli-style favorites - served in a Martin Brudnizki-designed dining room.
