Dominique Ansel Treehouse

Famed pastry chef Dominique Ansel is set to launch his latest London project – and it won't be a bakery.

Opening in Covent Garden, Dominique Ansel's Treehouse fuses a retail bakery with a sit-down bistro - a breakaway from Ansel’s previous projects such as his Belgravia bakery. Situated on quaint Floral Street, the space houses a ground floor bakery and an upstairs “treetop canopy”, where the main seated bistro is housed.

The menu is centred around savoury dishes created using 'pastry foundations and classic techniques', think freshly baked breads, vol au vents and pithiviers, handmade pastas and hand-mixed gnocchi, pies and gougères made with classic pâté à choux.
