The venue has been designed to being together art, food and wine, and comprises a 60-cover restaurant, 20-cover terrace - both oveseen by Florence Knight (Polpetto), a wine list from the the Noble Rot founders and a yearly events and exhibition programme curated by gallerists David Southard and Darren Flook.
Expect a 'Victorian, colonial vibe', wth the original features of the 18th century, Grade II-listed courthouse kept and restored. The dining room is surrounded by three terraces with fireplaces, rooftop bar, garden and swimming pool.
Knight's menu is seasonally-led with an Italian and French-leaning bent with dishes such as clams and turnip tops served with orecchiette pasta and lamb sweetbreads served alongside lettuce and lovage.
Sea bream with friggitelli peppers, fig leaf and sorrel; clams and turnip tops served with orecchiette pasta; lamb sweetbreads with lettuce and lovage; pork belly cooked with fennel and orange and the ricotta and cherry tart.
