Pink Taco was founded at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas in 1999, and its playful restaurants (their are branches also in Chicago, and Boston) are known for serving a 'hip' spin on tacos and tequila. The menu includes a variety of Mexican fare - tacos, enchiladas, burritos, and taco bowls including the signature chicken 'Pink Tacos' washed down with margaritas. Located on Ocean Drive the space features a year-round outdoor patio, bar and a private dining room - and comes adorned with rock 'n' roll-themed sugar skull artwork. Open daily from 8am till late.

Fried lobster taco with avocado, chipotle mayo and mango-habeñero salsa; grilled corn covered with cotija cheese, chipotle mayo and chili powder and the Pink Taco, a signature dish made with achiote chicken, black beans, avocado, arbol salsa, cotija cheese, habanero, and magenta-pickled onions.

Something Pink made of Codigo 1530 blanco tequila with fresh pear purée and the Avocado Chile, a mix of Tequila Ocho served with a chile-lime salted rim.
