One of the world's most imaginative and renowned bartenders is opening a cocktail bar offering a unique spin on a Paris institution.
As the head bartender of Paris' famed Little Red Door cocktail bar, Savage was instrumental in the bar reaching 11th spot on the World’s 50 Best Bars list and has also been behind The Langham's Artesian bar in London - considered still by cocktail aficionados to be one of the world's best bars.
Having joined bar group Le Syndicat, Savage is set to open a retro, revamped take on a nighbourhood Paris PMU - a ubiquitous institution and a cross between a betting shop and a café. Expect a day-to-night transformation from a daytime local cafe to destination late-night cocktail hangout - serving modernised versions of classic French drinks and value-for-money plats du jour.
