A highly rated contemporary Franco-Japanese fusion concept eatery.

A relative newcomer set in a tiny, historic house in the heart of Gustavia and considered one of the best new additions to the local dining scene. Opened in 2015, the restaurant’s unassuming façade gives way to a stylish dining room and terrace with its garden-party-like atmosphere. There’s also a more contemporary enclosed bar and counter where you can watch the sushi chefs in action. 

The menu showcases Chef Clément Laffitte’s refined approach to Japanese cuisine with a French sensibility, offering a powerful fusion that has attracted many regular diners. Sit under the stars while sharing dishes like Wagyu gyoza, a raw vegetable salad with grapefruit and spirula dressing, and bigeye-tuna tataki with ponzu dressing and spring onion or opt for the six-course, chef-selected Omakasa menu. Open Monday to Saturday from 6.30pm to 10.30pm.
