Clap Dubai

Regarded as the Zuma of Lebanon, and one of the city's most sought-after late night dining spots. The large 300-seat venue (above Shanghai Me) includes an indoor restaurant, outdoor terrace and two lounge bars under one roof - with views of the surrounding skyscrapers. The eclectic and bold decor is an occurring theme - including a chandelier made from 2,100 toys to the bar made from stacks of books and a suspended toy conveyor belt - juxtaposed against the sultry dark woods, solid stone and authentic open kitchen, where diners can watch the restaurant chefs at works.

Expect inventive raw dishes, salads, robata grilled options and more. Among the 141 dishes, highlights include a salmon tartare with spicy miso and poppadum, yellowtail sashimi with tosazu dressing and wagyu beef and foie gras gyoza. For those looking to enjoy the very best of Clap's culinary offering a multi-course traditional Omakase menu. Open daily 6pm to 3am.
