Yuca 105

A Peruvian-Cuban fusion restaurant from Janet Suarez of Lincoln Road’s iconic Cuban restaurant, Yuca.

Suarez has teamed up with celebrated Peruvian chef Juan Chipoco and Luis Hoyos, owners of Cviche 105, Pollos y Jarras and Into.mo to open this restaurant at 1555 Washington Avenue in Miami Beach. Discover an Art Deco-inspired lobby and bar accented in pale pink and emerald green. Inside, the lavish murals and custom wallpaper are reminiscent of pre-revolution Cuba - with the added addition of a ceviche bar.

The menu blends the ingredients and traditions of Cuban and Peruvian cuisine - combining signature Cuban dishes Yuca is known for with Juan’s innovative Peruvian cuisine. On the menu? Plenty of ceviches and tiraditos and sharing dishes include spicy crab and shrimp tostones and choros a la chalaca in a traditional leche de tigre. Like the restaurant and menu itself, the cocktail menu is a mix of classic Cuban and Peruvian favorites.
