A bijou version of his much-lauded Reif Japanese Kushiyaki.
Kushi by Reif is tipped to be the younger sibling of acclaimed Reif Kushiyaki from the award-winning Dubai chef. Expect the outpost - in the Depachika Food Hall, located at Nakheel Mall, Palm Jumeirah - to be ‘same same but different’, featuring a few highlights from the original menu, as well as serving up new additions with Reif’s signature spin on Japanese soul and comfort food. Expect simple, classic cakes and Japanese rice bowls (such as chirashi bowls with a base of quinoa or brown rice topped with sashimi-style protein) all served with his trademark twists.
