A tasting menu-only counter restaurant dishing up 'scratch' made fresh pasta, inspired by the flavors of California and the culinary techniques of Italy.

Pasta|Bar offers a nightly tasting menu (available for $85/person) with eight counter spaces per seating. Similar to their other concepts (Sushi|Bar and Scratch|Bar & Kitchen), owners Phillip Frankland Lee and Margarita Kallas-Lee make everything from scratch and create dishes inspired by Italy’s most beloved regions and traditions, while adding their own unique perspective. 

Lead by Chef de Cuisine Kane Sorrells (formerly of New York’s two Michelin star restaurant, Blanca), Pasta|Bar routinely changes the menu based on market seasonality - served alongside wine pairings with several price level options. 

Upon arrival, go to the second level, locate Suite 250, and ring the doorbell to be taken into Pasta|Bar. The restaurant is open every Wednesday – Sunday with two seatings nightly at 6pm and 8:30pm.

Signature Dishes

Sea bream with green flesh melon granita, cucumber, flavors of celery; mozzarella being pulled to order with a caprese salad; cavatelli with clams, black truffle, monkfish liver; agnolotti, triple cream fondue, black pepper, shaved California macadamia nut; tagliatelle with duck ragu; and kohlrabi with bone marrow and gnocchi.

Smoke On The Beach with rosemary-infused Mezcal, pineapple, Amaro Montenegro, lime; and the "Amaro Fashioned" – a play on an Old Fashioned featuring select amaro from Italy.
