Muse Masters with Robin Gill

A number of one night only four-hands dinners, with some of London's leading chefs hosted by Tom Aikens at his Muse restaurant.

Tom Aikens is hosting the first in the new Guest Chef Series on Wednesday 14th October, with fellow chef and restaurateur Robin Gill of former Clapham institution, The Dairy (which has re-opened in Bermondsey), and who's also behind The Yard and Darby's. Expect to dine on some of Gill's signature dishes of new-Nordic styls cuisine. 

Hosted at Tom's Belgravia townhouse restaurant, Muse, 23 diners can watch the pair of chefs in action at the theatre-style open kitchens. The evenings (priced at £125) include six-courses plus snacks and a glass of Champagne, with 10% of profits going to Only a Pavement Away - a vital charity helping place vulnerable and homeless people into jobs within hospitality.

Crab with bacon and samphire; Applewood smoked eel with young leeks & nori cream; lamb with Sichuan pepper & corn and salted caramel with malted barley ice cream.
