Alex Dilling at Hotel Café Royal

The acclaimed two Michelin-starred chef, Alex Dilling, has opened this flagship restaurant at the Hotel Café Royal.

Alex Dilling has earned himself a stellar reputation as the former Executive Chef of The Greenhouse in Mayfair, London - known for honing his expertise with some of the most esteemed and dignified talents in the industry - and for his dishes which are meticulousness, precise and luxurious. The elegant and intimate dining space - complete with hand painted silk panelling - overlooks the iconic curve of Regent Street and across to Piccadilly Circus and seats just 34 guests. 

Dilling’s menu showcases his love and respect for French bistro cooking and a culinary style refined by a career in New York and London working, alongside the likes of Alain Ducasse, Didier Elena and Hélène Darroze. Expect contemporary French inspired dishes served as part of a £65 three-course lunch and a six-course menu in the evening priced at £155 (and an extra chef's menu for £195).
