Having recently opened in Mykonos - which is just one of of the many within the growing collection with the others in London, Milan and Ibiza. IT began life as an Ibizan fine-dining restaurant and each of the outposts is under the supervision of Chef Gennaro Esposito - from two Michelin-starred Torre del Saracino in Sorrento - yet pays homage to the White Isle with nightly live music and DJ sets.
IT founder Alessio Matrone desribes the concept as “a unique atmosphere where fine Mediterranean cuisine meats the Balearic beat of Ibiza”. With the Mykonos outpost - expect glitzy interiors and a vibrant and contemporary vibe alongside a gourmet menu, featuring unusual twists on the classics whilst showcasing the authentic flavours of southern Italy.
