Norma Veganuary Fesating Box

The restaurant from chef Ben Tish which is inspired by Sicily, has launched a vegan at-home feasting box. The Sicilian feasting box - feeding two - includes a bottle of Puglian wine for only £75 - kicks off with house-made foccacia and nocarella olives, chickpea panelle & salsa verde, warm roast beetroots & heritage carrots with cumin & grape must. For Primi, it's a pasta kit of winter tomato spaghetti, garlic and Sicilian oregano before, Sicilian-style braised aubergines with almond, capers & olives served with cous-cous and saffron, sweet & sour pumpkin with raisins & pine nuts. To finish off there's a spiced poached quince, pistachio & honeycomb. Delivered on Fridays, orders taken until the proceeding Tuesday at 5pm. 

Vegan Grill Menu by No. Fifty Cheyne

In celebration of Veganuary, No. Fifty Cheyne is now offering up a special Vegan grill menu. Available for delivery alongside their famous Sunday Roast dishes, the Veganuary Grill menu has been created by executive chef Iain Smith to highlight the seasonal produce. The four vegetable dishes, prepared on No. Fifty Cheyne’s signature grill runs from grilled butternut squash with maple syrup and vinegar dressing, to grilled Portobello mushrooms with garlic and Tuscan olive oil and grilled half cauliflower with gremolata dressing to grilled mixed beetroots with sweet and sour dressing. Each main is priced at £6.50 and comes with homemade cumin and chickpea hummus and salsa verde. Available for delivery from Friday to Sunday

The Ultimate Vegan Comfit Kit by Dirty Vegan 

Dirty Vegan, the sister to London’s favourite New York comfort food brand, Dirty Bones have partnered with Beyond Meat, Vida Bakery and MEDA CBD Drinks to create a one-off plant-based kit. The Ultimate Vegan Comfort kit is available for nationwide delivery for just £42 (serves two). The kit includes everything needed to make a Dirty Vegan spread: two vegan chilli cheeseburgers (Beyond Meat patties) with vegan American cheeses, vegan buns, relish, pickled jalapenos, jalapeno dressing, red onions, gherkins and Skinny Fries. Drinks include a bottle of Espresso Medatini and cans of MEDA Functional CBD drinks. For sweets, a pack of Vida Bakery, Cookie Tho ready-to-bake cookies. 

Vegetarian Paella from Arros QD

Created by multi-Michelin starred Quique Dacosta, Arros QD is best known for their traditional wood-fired paellas, a dish you can now create in your own kitchen with their At Home Paella Kits. Included in the Vegetarian Kit (£75) is a 40cm premium paella pan, Arros QD paella spoon, 1kg traditional bomba rice and 2.5L of vegetarian stock, enough to produce 3 paellas, each of which will feed two people. The kit comes complete with instructions to replicate the vegetarian paella served in Arros QD, or you can add your own toppings and ingredients for a personalised paella.  

The Vegetarian Box from Rick Stein

Best known for their fresh fish and seafood boxes, the Rick Stein team have added a new vegetarian box to their Stein's at Home collection this January. The box includes three vegetable-based dishes for two people (£40) - all the preparation has been done by the team in Cornwall, all that is needed is finishing off the dishes with some very easy-to-follow instructions. Delight in dishes such as Pau bhaji, a finely chopped vegetable curry cooked to a mash, rich with butter, and served with soft rolls. For main course, tuck into a Cashew nut and chickpea curry, served with pilau rice, tomato and red onion salad and mango chutney. Finish of the meal with a Stein's Sticky toffee pudding, with Cornish clotted cream.
