ZZ’S Sushi Bar

A stunning Japanese restaurant and membership club from the restaurant group behind Carbone.

Helmed by critically acclaimed global restaurant company, Major Food Group and presided over by Masa Ito and Kevin Kim, two of New York City's most revered and beloved sushi chefs - both of whom worked at the Sushi Zo - an acclaimed omakase-only restaurant. ZZ's Sushi Bar - designed by Ken Fulk with a "fun and tropical vibe - houses a 100-seat dining room with indoor and outdoor seating, a cigar lounge as well as a 15-seat sushi bar. 

The menu includes raw and cooked dishes with a focus on the highest-grade seafood sourced from Tokyo and a large offering of Wagyu and Kobe beef -  prepared using Josper ovens and custom-built charcoal grills.

 

 

Signature Dishes

Toast topped with trout roe and honey; carpaccio of tuna, foie, uni, and scallop;lobster dumplings, crispy snapper, and stone crab cucumber salad.

Highlights

Upstairs at ZZ’s houses an outdoor cigar terrace, as well as a backgammon balcony, a private bar with cocktails from the legendary Thomas Waugh—and a bottle-service lounge.
