Carlo Scotto, previously Head Chef at Xier on Marylebone, has relocated to Mayfair’s Sackville Street. His new intimate 36-cover restaurant - spread over two floors - offers three and five course menus at lunch, with Carlo’s signature tasting menus, six and twelve courses available at dinner. Expect modern European cuisine - influenced by the simplicity and elegance of Nordic and Japanese cuisine, with French and Arabic influences. Expect unusual flavours and experimental techniques that have become Carlo’s hallmark.
The ground floor features just one table - a striking amethyst and quartz bespoke centrepiece - seating 20 diners in full view of the pass with menus tailored to your tastes / the occasion.
