Located at ICD Brookfield Place, Parisian concept Josette combines 'playful, flamboyant, mischievous' interiors from English artist and interior designer Luke Edward Hall. Josette’s design is described as ‘a modern interpretation of Baroque architecture' with a nod to grand and historic brasseries of Paris - conceived around an imaginary character, inspired by Jean Cocteau, Yves Saint Laurent and, and actress Josette Day. The menu features 'reimagined classics' such as takes on cuisses de grenouilles, escargot, moules marinieres, foie gras and crepes.

Josper grilled prawns with tomato concasé, garlic & red chilli; potato mille-feuille with a Pommery mustard velouté, caviar & black truffle; grilled ribeye with Café de Paris sauce & matchstick fries; roasted pistachio rack of lamb, potato fondant & lamb jus and whole sea bass with a pastry crust & yuzu beurre blanc sauce.
