The NoMad Restaurant & Bar

Set inside a soaring three-storey atrium evocative of a lush Edwardian greenhouse is this main dining room of the NoMad London hotel.

Set inside a lushly landscaped atrium with a soaring glass ceiling, the space is flooded with natural light. In the evening, the restaurant transforms to a more intimate setting. Executive Chef Ashley Abodeely’s menu is eclectic, with a focus on local and regional bounty from farm, field and coast - with dishes such as sea bream crudo with radishes and suckling pig confit with wild greens. Several of NoMad’s signature dishes including the stuffed Chicken for Two and the Seafood Tower have been reinterpreted for London. An extensive wine list and cocktail menu has been created for the restaurant by the celebrated NoMad Bar team.
