Burrata with fig puree, pickle radicchio, Chioggia beetroot, and white balsamic; Tagliolini cacio pepe with porcini and hazelnut crumble; Controfilleto di Manzo with celeriac puree, bacon grapes and salsa verde; and Cotoletta alla Milanese - breaded veal cutlet, patate sabbiose, and roasted datterino tomatoes. Tiramisu with marsala ice cream and chocolate, and Roche Gianduja semifreddo with praline complete the menu.
