Graziano Bonacina, formerly Head Chef at Sette at the Bulgari Hotel, takes the helm in the kitchen with a seasonally rotating menu, championing classic Italian flavours with a strong focus on contemporary and luxurious veg-centric dishes. Also expect nightly entertainment with live bands performing Dolce Vita-esque jazz and monthly cande-lit dinners.

Burrata with fig puree, pickle radicchio, Chioggia beetroot, and white balsamic; Tagliolini cacio pepe with porcini and hazelnut crumble; Controfilleto di Manzo with celeriac puree, bacon grapes and salsa verde; and Cotoletta alla Milanese - breaded veal cutlet, patate sabbiose, and roasted datterino tomatoes. Tiramisu with marsala ice cream and chocolate, and Roche Gianduja semifreddo with praline complete the menu.
