Fiend by Chris Denney

Former 108 Garage chef Chris Denney ‘s return to Notting Hill...

An ambitious return from the award-winning chef, who made his name and stellar reputation at 108 Garage - mainly for his modern and inventive fare. Having previously worked alongside the likes of John Campbell, Eric Chavot and David Thompson in Bangkok and Enrico Crippa at the 3 Michelin starred Piazza Duomo in Italy, Denney has an impressive pedigree.

Expect the food to be bold and complex, elegant and refined - reflecting a unique seasonal fusion of textures and tastes, influences and artistry, which attracted a devoted following and acclaim at 108 Garage. Fiend, which takes over from Santo on Portobello Road, offers both an a la carte menu and a six-course set tasting menu. Plates such as bulgogi sweet bread with kefir cabbage and green onion, and a wagyu short rib with smoked tomato and Colston Bassett stilton set the tone.
