Each floor of the townhouse has been carefully restored and designed to give its distinct character, whilst also preserving the original features and quirks that make the Grade II listed building so special. In the basement there's El Ta’Koy, the first UK branch of the Hawaiian-inspired restaurant run byacclaimed Asia de Cuba chef Luis Pous (he’s also got a restaurant in Miami and a pop-up in New York). Think tuna and caviar taquitos; a poke taco; chopped salads, and a take on a Cuban sandwich alongside tiki-inspired cocktails.
The first floor is home to Pivot - a monthly changing fine dining restaurant from award-winning chef Mark Greenaway showcasing the best seasonal ingredients across four and six-course menus - with interiors that “draw inspiration from minimal Scandinavian design.” The menu includes dishes such as Roscoff onion with lamb haggis, turnip tuille and potato espuma and halibut with brassica and artichoke crisp. Elsewhere there's a pastry shop and salon - in a terracotta-hued conservatory - from Kimberly Lin - formerly the pastry chef at Claridge's and The Savoy.
