Fuji Grill at Beaverbrook Townhouse

Continuing Beaverbrook’s love of Japanese cuisine Beaverbrook Town House is home to a contemporary Japanese restaurant and Omakase bar.

Dressed in soft shades of green and immaculately designed by Nicola Harding, the Fuji Grill showcases an impressive collection of 19th-century woodblock prints depicting the world celebrated Thirty-Six Views of Mount Fuji - by the Japanese Masters, Hokusai and Hiroshige.

Like the Dining Room at Beaverbrook, the restaurant serves an elegant menu of delicately flavoured selections of sushi, sashimi, and nigiri; alongside some signature Beaverbrook dishes such as ‘charcoal’ wagyu with juniper miso - overseen by Head Chef Alex Del (ex-Roka) - or choose to dine at the Omakase bar with an 16-course menu.
