Sucre Dubai

A restaurant by world-renowned chef Chef Fernando Trocca, bringing open-fire cooking to Dubai’s financial centre.

A reimagining of his Buenos Aires institution known for its spin on contemporary Latin American cuisine. After 20 years of success in Buenos Aires, the original team – lauded chef and master of open-fire cooking, Fernando Trocca, and celebrated bartender Tato Giovannoni (of Floreria Atlantico, awarded number 3 in World’s 50 Best Bars 2019) – reunite to bring the spirit of Sucre to Dubai - hot on the heels of an opening in London.

Trocca’s menu showcases the traditional wood-fire cooking craft of Argentina, whilst exploring the breadth of global influences that have shaped the modern cuisine of his home city and inspired his restaurants. Menu highlights include king crab tostada, Argentinian bone-in ribeye and squid ink paella, as well as monkfish tail with XO sauce and black beans plus empanadas with aged cheese and onions.

The venue feature a bar, lounge, terrace and restaurant with open kitchen and open-fire grill, decorated with a rich, vibrant colour scheme, with exposed red brick walls paired against monochrome tiles and wooden tables surrounded by patterned chairs.
