Tattu serves up a modern approach to Chinese cuisine overseen by Executive Chef Andrew Lassetter (Eight Over Eight, Cocoon). Dine from a menu of sharing dishes which fuse traditional flavours with modern cooking techniques. Dishes include sweet miso Chilean sea bass, caramel soy beef fillet, and saffron black cod alongside signature smoking skull cocktails, candy floss desserts.
