Chet's at The Hoxton, Shepherd's Bush

A permanent site at the The Hoxton hotel in London’s Shepherd’s Bush for the fusion concept, combining classic American fare with Thai flavors and ingredients.

Following on from a successful residency at Rondo la Cave in the basement of The Hoxton in Holborn, Chet’s has moved into another Hoxton (in Shepherd’s Bush), this time and permanently. Created in collaboration with Kris Yenbamroong, who's also behind the cult natural wine and Thai food hangout, Night + Market, in Los Angeles.

Chet's takes inspiration from the classic comforts of an American diner (design-wise as well - think metal tables, leather banquette seats & plenty of mirrors), whilst combining this with the fragrant flavours and textures of food from Thailand and the surrounding regions. Highlights from the menu include: wedge salad  with candied pork jowl and garlicky nam jim and the pork and beef diner smash burger with chilli and coriander.
