The Red Room at The Connaught

The Connaught's first new bar in over a decade - an homage to extraordinary female artists and fine wines.

The Red Room is an homage to extraordinary female artists, with a meticulously curated collection of works in red forming the perfect canvas for rare and fine vintages by the glass (from the hotel’s 30,000-bottle strong wine cellar), cocktails designed by Agostino Perrone and small plates menu.

Sat behind a velvet curtain and just off from the hotel’s Champagne room, the 50-cover space has been designed by Bryan O’Sullivan, who also designed the Painter’s Room in Claridge’s - with artworks chosen by the hotel’s co-owner, Patrick McKillen including works by Louise Bourgeois and Jenny Holzer.

Open Wednesday to Saturday from 4pm until midnight.
