As for the menu at The River Restaurant, you can expect a varied offering of mainly seafood focused dishes; from fresh oysters, ceviche and caviar served at the centre-piece raw bar, to an à la carte menu including tandoori monkfish curry, swordfish schnitzel and a whole baked Cornish turbot.
