Opening in the Womens Designer Galleries on the second floor, Adesse Restaurant is the latest plant based dining destination by renowned chef Matthew Kenney - one of the world’s leading raw food specialist and plant based chef. Described by Vogue magazine as the restaurateur who “made health food sexy, Kenny has more than 40 restaurants around the world. 

The menu offers a selection of globally-inspired recipes, made using locally sourced and seasonal ingredients, alongside some of Kenney's namesake classics - all served alongside an extensive list of sustainable and biodynamic wines, and carefully curated spirits and elixirs.

Jackfruit “crab cake” with smoked red pepper remoulade and beetroot carpaccio with yuzu kosho and poppy seed; kelp noodle cacio e pepe with snap peas, pea shoots and dehydrated black olives and spicy udon with togarashi, tempeh, bok choy, roasted cashew and radish.
