An Ibiza-inspired breezy rooftop bar overlooking the Meydan Racecourse.
The open-air venue is found on the 8th floor atop the Meydan Hotel, with incredible views over the racecourse. Hola is a picture-perfect spot with inviting Mediterranean decor and vibes complete with billowing white canopy ceiling, bright magenta bougainvillea and an illuminated bar.
Unsurprisingly, the menu largely pays homage to Spanish tapas and traditional dishes offering a varied taste of the Balearics - many with a modern fusion twist. Dishes include wagyu beef carpaccio, sea bass ceviche, Angus prime beef tenderloin and cacao sphere dessert with pistachio cream. Dishes are paired with a concise mixed drinks menu, with a trio of concotions inspired by Ibiza, Formentera and Mallorca.
