A pop-up immersive and theatrical dinner experience based in the original concept situated in the Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza.

Sublimotion is an unparalleled multi-sensory experience and considered one of the world's most expensive restaurants. Offering just 12 diners round one table an unprecedented dining experience through haute cuisine (featuring plenty of molecular gastronomy) and technological innovation including immersive film projections and VR tech. 

Dinner features a 10-course meal which is paired with live performances and a spectacular hi-tech show. The show includes 360-degree screens with imagery projected onto all surfaces, from the walls to the table, turning the entire dining room into a stage. 

Sublimotion originally opened in Ibiza in 2014, is the brainchild of Paco Roncero, chef and owner of two-Michelin-starred Paco Roncero Restaurante in Madrid, with co-founder and creative director Eduardo Gonzales of Vega Factory. 

The experience is priced at AED5,000 per seat.
