The restaurant - with a private entrance at 43 rue Etienne Marcel - is housed on the 3rd floor of Laurent Taïeb’s Madame Rêve Hotel and boasts exceptional views, wherever you are in the restaurant. The stylish space with notes of copper, wood and Calacatta Oro marble - opens up onto an indoor wooded patio -  with more than 100 plants of different species - nestled above the zinc roofs. 

Chef Benjamin Six - from Zuma London and Zuma Dubai - offers a cuisine inspired by contemporary Japanese recipes with dishes such as popcorn tempura with chili mayo, tempura-style sole with nori seaweed and tensuyu sauce and roasted duck breast with sweet potato, pickles and ginger barbecue sauce.

Gunkan Wagyu-beef with daikon, chives and garlic crisps; smoked sashimi with apple pickles and wasabi; marinated sole served tempura-style with nori seaweed and tensuyu sauce and roasted duck breast with sweet potatoes pickles and a barbecue and ginger sauce.
