An ingredient-based concept restaurant -housed in a private villa on Jumeirah Beach Road, where every dish is cooked on different kinds of wood sourced from all parts of the world - by Singaporean chef Akmal Anuar. Expect a menu fully embracing the thrill of the grill - based around showcasing various techniques of grill cooking and presenting the simplicity of natural flavours grilled over wood fire to enhance their flavour.

Expect everything from Wagyu kebab with fresh bread and truffle, an Australian T-bone steak to king crab with lemon butter or seabass with a hay salted crust and tamarind.
