Zeru Miami

Zeru is, as the name promises bringing 'heavenly' Basque cuisine, a little bit of San Sebastian, to Miami via Mexico City.

Named after the Basque word for 'heavenly', Zero hails from Mexico City with the Miami outpost the group's first international opening. The restaurant in Brickell takes culinary and aesthetic inspiration from the Basque region -  famously home to some of the finest food in the world. Expect bright, contemporary interiors where the design nods to earthy materials that perfectly merge the refined and the rustic.

The menus offer a refined reinterpretation of classic Basque dishes - taking inspiration by the wood and charcoal grills, or erretegias, found throughout the Basque region alongside a selection of pintxos and tapas inspired by the food of San Sebastián. Highlights on the menu include: seafood fideua with alioli and line caught baby squid cooked in a sauce made with cuttlefish ink.

Signature Dishes

Salt and vinegar cured anchovies with tapenade; wild baby squid with prawns in sepia ink; cured salmon with green apple, avocado and ginger; smoked honey roasted pumpkin with mascarpone and green leaves; Japanese Kobe striploin and Alaskan King crab leg with saffron.
