Mauro Colagreco at Raffles London at The OWO

The Italian-Argentinian chef behind one of the world's best restaurants is making his London debut, in the grand new hotel in the landmark Grade II listed former Old War Office on Whitehall.

Mauro Colagreco is the chef-owner of Mirazur restaurant (pictured), in Menton, on the Côte d’Azur. Established in 2006, has since gone on to be awarded a prestigious third star and officially regarded as one of the best restaurants in the world listed in The World's 50 Best Restaurant list.

Mauro has recently launched restaurants at The Maybourne Riviera hotel and in Paris - taking over Anahi, the iconic Argentinian restaurant. Colagreco is just one of the operators to set up shop within the the iconic Whitehall building - which will eventually house more than ten destination restaurants and bars. Chef Colagreco will create two unique restaurants - a brasserie with a twist and a fine dining restaurant - and an avant-garde Chef’s Table at the hotel.
